Hi, I’m Natalie—and I can’t wait to meet you!
As a wedding coordinator, my goal is simple: to help you experience a calm, joyful wedding day filled with the people, moments, and details that make your love story uniquely yours. Your day should feel meaningful, unhurried, and true to who you are—not stressful or overwhelming.
At my core, I’m proudly Type A. I love timelines, logistics, and all the behind-the-scenes details that make a wedding day flow seamlessly. While you’re soaking in the happy moments, I’m making sure everything runs smoothly—anticipating needs, solving problems quietly, and keeping things grounded so you can stay fully present. I believe the best weddings are rooted in intention, connection, and joy. It’s an honor to support couples during such a meaningful season, and I’d love to walk alongside you as you celebrate one of the biggest days of your life.

Our Story
Natalie has always loved weddings—the love stories, the vows, and the thoughtful details that make each celebration uniquely true to the couple.
While in college, she worked part-time as a wedding planner for a local company, where she fell in love with every part of the day—from morning setup to the final dance.
Soon after, friends began asking Natalie to coordinate their weddings. One quickly turned into several, and what started as a side project became a passion. Today, that passion has grown into a dream of becoming a full-time wedding coordinator—helping couples enjoy a calm, joyful, and meaningful wedding day.
